- He replaced director (finance) Rajnish Narang, who was holding the additional charge of CMD from September 1, 2024.

- He was the only Indian to be considered eligible for Kearney's global board selection and served two full terms as a board member.
- Additionally, he held the position of managing director and country head of Kearney India for five years.
