EPIL Executive Recruitment 2025 – Educational Qualification & Experience

Minimum 55% Marks Required in all qualifications.

Discipline Qualification Experience
Civil / Electrical / Mechanical B.E. / B.Tech / AMIE or equivalent 6 years for Manager, 9 years for Sr. Manager
Finance CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) + Graduation Relevant finance experience (preferably with SAP knowledge)
Legal LLB 4 years for AM, Legal experience for higher posts
IT / ICT Support B.E. (CS/IT) / MCA / Electronics & Telecom Relevant experience in Network Design, NOC, GIS, QA, etc.

Note: All qualifications must be from recognized institutions approved by AICTE/UGC/Statutory Authorities.

    • Assistant Manager: Not mentioned (typically around 30 years)
