NLC India limited Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection for both posts will be based on a Written Test worth 100 marks. The test includes:
- Part-I: 30 questions on General Aptitude (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness) at Diploma level.
- Part-II: 70 questions on subject knowledge.
- Details: Objective-type questions, no negative marking, 120-minute duration, English language only.
- Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR/EWS, 40% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL (against reserved vacancies).
- Bonus Marks: Project Affected Persons (PAPs) of NLCIL Neyveli Projects receive 20 bonus marks.
- Final merit will be based on total scores, with tie-breakers resolved by age (seniority) and alphabetical order of names.
