Eligibility Criteria for PFRDA Officer Grade A 2025

Educational Qualification (as on 31 July 2025):
Each stream requires a different qualification. Some examples:
- General: Master’s in any discipline / Law / Engineering / CA / CFA / CS / CMA
- Finance & Accounts: Graduation + CA/CFA/CS/CMA
- IT: B.E./B.Tech in relevant fields or MCA or PG in IT
- Research: PG in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Econometrics
- Actuary: Graduation + all 7 core actuarial papers cleared from IAI
- Legal: LLB from recognized university
- Official Language: Master’s in Hindi with English at Bachelor’s level or equivalent
Selection Process for PFRDA Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025
The selection process for PFRDA Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025 will be conducted in three phases:
Phase I: Online Screening Exam (6 Sept 2025)
- Paper 1: English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, GA
- Paper 2: Stream-specific MCQs
- Negative marking: Yes (1/4th mark deduction)
Phase II: Online Exam (6 Oct 2025)
- Paper 1: English Descriptive (Drafting)
- Paper 2: Specialized subject
- Only Paper 1 evaluated if minimum marks obtained in Paper 2
Phase III: Interview
- Final merit = 85% (Phase II) + 15% (Interview)
- Interview in English or Hindi
