Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
- Staff Nurse: DGNM / B.Sc. Nursing recognized by INC and registered with Tamil Nadu Nursing Council.
- Psychiatric Social Worker: PG in Social Work / M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social Work (2-year full-time with clinical training).
- Clinical Psychologist: Recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology or PG/M.Phil. in Psychology/Clinical Psychology as per RCI norms.
- Vaccine Cold Chain Manager: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with 1 year DBMS experience.
- STS (Senior Treatment Supervisor): Graduate in Science / Sanitary Inspector course + MS Office + 2-wheeler license.
- Programme cum Admin Assistant: Graduate with MS Office skills + 1-year admin experience + accountancy & drafting skills.
- Hospital Worker & Security Staff: 8th Pass/Fail.
