UPSC 12/2025 Eligibility 2025

Below are the brief eligibility criteria for the Assistant Public Prosecutor, Public Prosecutor & Lecturer Vacancies:

Assistant Public Prosecutor:

Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University.
Age Limit: 30 years (UR/EWS), 33 (OBC), 35 (SC).

Public Prosecutor:

Qualification: Degree in Law + 7 years’ practice at the Bar (criminal cases).
Age Limit: 35 years (UR/EWS), 38 (OBC), 40 (SC/ST).

Lecturer (Various Subjects):

Qualification: Post Graduation in Concerned Subject + B.Ed.
Age Limit: 45 years (ST, with relaxation for Ladakh as per rules).
