SAIL Management Trainee 2025 Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Interview
Candidates must qualify both parts of the CBT with the required percentile to be shortlisted for GD & Interview (1:3 ratio). Final selection will be based on:
- CBT: 75% weightage
- GD: 10% weightage
- Interview: 15% weightage
