CSPGCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited (CSPGCL) has publicly released the CSPGCL Apprentice Notification of Recruitment 2026 on the 20th of January, 2026 to be used for their Apprenticeship Education Program for 2026-27, which is governed by the Apprentices Act of 1961.
With this recruitment campaign, CSPGCL has announced 245 apprenticeship vacancies in ITI Trainees, Graduate Apprentices and Diploma Apprentices from a variety of technical and non-technical fields. This is a great chance for students to get hands-on industrial education within the energy generation industry across the major CSPGCL operations located in Korba East, Korba West, Madwa, and Machadoli.
The only permanent residents who reside in Chhattisgarh are qualified to apply. Application is online and applicants are required to submit their applications via post or in person by 20 February 2026. The registration for NAPS (for ITI) or the NAPS (for ITI) or NATS (for Graduates/Diplomas) portal is required prior to applying.

CSPGCL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026
Residency Requirement
- Candidate must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
Educational Qualification
- ITI Apprentice: ITI certificate in relevant trade from a recognized institute
- Graduate Apprentice: Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university
- Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in relevant engineering discipline from a recognized board
Mandatory Portal Registration
- ITI Candidates: Must be registered on NAPS portal – apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
- Graduate/Diploma Candidates: Must be registered on NATS portal – nats.education.gov.in
- A valid 16-digit registration number is compulsory.
Experience & Gap Rules
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training are not eligible
- Candidates with more than one year of job experience are not eligible
- Graduate/Diploma candidates who completed their qualification more than 5 years ago (as on April 30, 2026) are not eligible
Age Limit
- As per Apprentices Act, 1961 and related government rules.
CSPGCL Apprentice Salary (Stipend) 2026
During the one-year training period, apprentices will receive the following fixed monthly stipend:

This is a training stipend, not a salary, and no regular employment is guaranteed after completion of apprenticeship.
