Lengtekai Bridge over Tlawng River inaugurated

• Lalduhoma inaugurated the Lengtekai Bridge over the Tlawng River in Mizoram.

• The bridge connects Aizawl city to Lengpui Airport. It also connects Mamit district near the Tripura border.

• The project was funded by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

• It cost a total of ₹43.83 crore to build. The bridge is officially named the Faith Bridge.

• It is 100 meters long and 7.5 meters wide, with 1.5-meter footpaths on either side.

• The bridge is designed to carry a load of up to 385 metric tons.
