- 10+2 passed from a recognized Board/University
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
ASI (X-Ray Technician)
- 10+2 passed from a recognized Board/University
- 2-Year Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institution
ASI (Lab Technician)
- 10+2 with Science
- 2-Year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution
