Aero India 2027

• Held biennially, this prestigious air show is considered a premier platform for showcasing India's defense and aerospace capabilities on a global stage.

• The event attracts participation from leading global aircraft manufacturers, defense industry organizations, military delegations from various countries, and aerospace experts.

• Aero India 2027 will be organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Defence, with the Department of Defence Production responsible for conducting the event.

• Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will serve as the lead nodal agency for the event, while Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) will provide technical and administrative support as a partner organization.

• In addition to promoting indigenous defense production, state-of-the-art military technologies, global partnerships, and initiatives like 'Make in India' and 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' (Self-Reliant India), the air show will also create new opportunities for investment and collaboration within the defense sector.
