- Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries can avail a housing loan of up to Rs 3 lakh.
- The repayment period for the loan is set at 10 years, providing flexibility and ease of repayment for the beneficiaries.
- In order to be eligible for the Mo Ghara scheme, families must either reside in kutcha houses or possess at least one pucca room with a solid concrete roof.
