28th Director General of Border Roads (DGBR)

• Lieutenant General Raghu Srinivasan assumed charge as the 28th Director General Border Roads (DGBR) on 30 September 2023.

• He took charge after the retirement of Lieutenant General Rajiv Chaudhary.

• He was working as Commandant in the College of Military Engineering, Pune.

• Lieutenant General Raghu Srinivasan was commissioned into the Corps of Engineers in 1987.

• He has participated in Operation Vijay, Operation Rakshak and Operation Parakram.
