Assistant Manager (Technical), Assistant Manager (Electrical)	55	A bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in electrical or civil engineering from an AICTE-approved school is required of candidates. Candidates must have passed the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in 2022, 2023, or 2024. When applying for this post, candidates must have a current GATE Registration Number. Assistant Managers for Civil or Electrical roles will be chosen based on your GATE test results for either Civil or Electrical Engineering in either of those years.

Pay Scale

• Probation will be for two years for candidates entering MPBDC as Assistant Managers (Civil/Elect.), with a salary range of Rs. 42,700/-(Level-10).
• Once the applicants complete their two-year probationary term, they will be hired as Assistant Managers (Tech./Elect.) with a salary range of Rs. 42,700 to 1,35,100 (Level 10).
